You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returns

 
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days.
 
• Some items, including personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
